For Seasons 1 and Season 2 the prices are valid for a rental period of at least 7 days. In case of a shorter rental period, an additional 30% will be added to the price. For Season 3 and Season 4 number of rental days and change day are not determined. Discount is available for more than 7 days rental period.

- Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. and check-in is from 16:00 (4:00 p.m.) until 22:00 (10:00 p.m.)
- In order to book the villa we need a minimum reservation deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay
- Prices are for accommodation of 1 – 8 persons, additional persons accommodation could be agreed
